Preparing for Your First Appointment
Your first visit with us will last approximately one hour and will be exclusively one-on-one with your physical therapist. We will perform a thorough, individualized evaluation to better understand how to help you and develop a plan of care to help you meet your goals. On your first visit, we may perform active exercise in the gym so please come dressed to move. We look forward to seeing you!
Insurance
Conservative care is still the most affordable and safest option when it comes to overcoming pain or injury. Many insurance plans include physical therapy as part of your coverage but may have a co-pay or deductible associated depending on your plan.

Non-Insurance Rates
If you are unsure of your physical therapy benefits, please contact us and we can help you find out your eligibility as best as we are able. Most insurance plans cover physical therapy but may have a co-pay or deductible applied.
If we do not accept your insurance, we are happy to assist you in submitting a “superbill” for physical therapy treatment for any potential out-of-network benefits and reimbursement your insurance plan may have.
Our non-insurance rates for physical therapy services are as follows:
- Initial Evaluation & Treatment: $145 (40-minute appointment)
- Treatment: $125 (40-minute appointment)
- Dry Needling: $50 (20-minute appointment)
- Package visits: $115 in packages of 5 visits or $100/visit in packages of 10 visits are available for patients using out-of-network insurance. Prepayment is required for package visits.
